**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure and Support Manager (Fixed-term 6 months)
**Role Summary:**
Lead a multidisciplinary IT team overseeing infrastructure administration, technical support, and project management. Drive operational excellence, incident resolution, and infrastructure modernization while ensuring alignment with security, performance, and availability standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality support services and infrastructure operations within a 6‑month contract.
- Foster collaboration across technical coordinators, technicians, architects, engineers, and network administrators.
- Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for support and projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate a team of 2 N2 technical coordinators, 6 support technicians, 1 infrastructure manager, 1 infrastructure architect, 1 infrastructure engineer, and 2 network administrators.
- Allocate tasks, prioritize activities, and ensure team cohesion and productivity.
- Oversee the support center (hotline), define and monitor KPIs (resolution rate, user satisfaction), and implement escalation procedures for critical incidents.
- Supervise infrastructure evolution and modernization projects (servers, networks, security, cloud) ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with security and performance standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal business units to align project objectives and resource requirements.
- Establish and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best‑practice guidelines for infrastructure management and support operations.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with ITIL‑based support processes and performance metrics.
- Project management skills, including risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and service‑orientation mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (minimum Bac+5).
- Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar, VMware Certified Professional, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
