**Job title** Sales Engineer – OR1 & Digital Solutions **Role Summary** SE drives revenue growth through strategic selling, technical expertise, and comprehensive project management for OR1 and digital imaging solutions within healthcare institutions. Acts as field authority, delivering technical presentations, feasibility studies, and post‑sale handoffs while fostering new and existing client relationships. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Manage full technical sales cycle, from prospecting to handover to project management. - Maintain accurate forecasting, quoting, and opportunity data in Salesforce. - Provide competitive intelligence and articulate value against competing technologies. - Travel up to 90% within assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Cultivate and close sales for OR1 (Specialty W and D), Video Imaging (Specialty T), and UIXXX series. 2. Lead technical demos, cost estimate preparation, and solution presentations to hospital stakeholders. 3. Develop functional requirements and project scope in collaboration with clients; ensure seamless transition to Project Management post‑sale. 4. Engage IT departments and hospital operational teams to align solutions with existing infrastructure. 5. Identify and establish contacts with key decision makers across new and existing accounts. 6. Coordinate with Account Executives to penetrate non‑Karl Storz accounts and promote digital solutions to current clients. 7. Submit weekly/monthly performance summaries to Sales Management. 10. Participate in RFP/RFI processes; collaborate with contracts team. 11. Contribute to convention activities and industry networking as required. 12.
