Own strategy, team, and processes to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient systems while enhancing developer productivity across production, testing, and development environments. Expectations - Execute a long‑term infrastructure roadmap and drive operational excellence. - Build and grow a high‑performance DevOps team. - Deliver measurable DevOps KPIs and incident‑response performance. - Align with IT, security, and product teams to meet hardware, backup, and uptime requirements.
