Job Description

**Job Title** DevOps Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Design, deploy, and maintain container‑based infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes) across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments. Lead technical decisions, promote DevOps best practices, and support end‑to‑end project delivery from inception to production. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of experience building and operating containerised IT infrastructures. - Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Prioritisation, multi‑project management, and business‑impact awareness. - Willingness to travel for on‑site support and client engagements. **Key Responsibilities** - Guide technical choices for container solutions and oversee deployment across teams (Dev, Ops, Security, Infra, Networks, Architecture). - Champion DevOps practices, acting as the subject‑matter expert for adoption. - Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle, from launch to operation. - Contribute to pre‑sales technical responses and client demonstrations. - Maintain and evolve internal software factory, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Identify risks, resolve issues, and propose sustainable solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and knowledge sharing. **Required Skills** - Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD. - Experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Red Hat). - Familiarity with IaaS, Nutanix, OpenStack, and hybrid cloud environments. - Knowledge of micro‑segmentation, shared storage (NAS, SAN, NFS, CIFS). - Competency in observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Centreon. - Ability to integrate security, cost, and scheduling considerations into decisions. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or equivalent engineering school (Bac+5). - 3+ years of relevant DevOps/Infrastructure experience. - Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent are advantageous.
