Job Description
Job title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead the full spectrum of marketing initiatives for a boutique luxury hotel, aligning digital, content, and experiential tactics with business objectives to drive revenue and brand equity. Expectations: Deliver measurable ROI through integrated campaigns, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborate seamlessly with sales, revenue management, and operations, and provide data‑driven performance reporting to leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget in partnership with Director of Sales & Marketing. • Manage digital marketing, paid media, email, SEO, and OTA performance to maximize visibility and conversion. • Create and oversee on‑property activations, seasonal experiences, and influencer/partner collaborations. • Coordinate marketing for F&B outlets (NoMo Kitchen, The Rose Garden, Sip Happens). • Lead brand stewardship, ensuring consistency of online presence, social media, and guest experience. • Produce performance analytics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets. • Serve as primary marketing liaison to internal teams, ownership, and corporate stakeholders. Required Skills: • 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience, ideally independent or lifestyle brands. • Proven execution of integrated, revenue‑driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Strong understanding of OTAs, review platforms, social media, and performance marketing tools. • Excellent project management, cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (preferred). • Marketing or hospitality‑specific certifications (e.g., SMX, HubSpot, or GDS) welcomed.
