Job Description
**Job Title:** Internal Sales Representative (B2B – French speaking) **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day internal sales support for a regular commercial client base. Manage inbound requests, deliver solutions, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with external sales teams and maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge. **Expectations:** - Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries from email, phone, and web sales channels. - Deliver timely, appropriate solutions and follow‑up on customer feedback. - Maximize sales by recommending alternative and complementary products. - Negotiate pricing and special terms within established guidelines. - Keep product and system knowledge current. - Work closely with external sales staff and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Receive and triage client requests across multiple communication channels. 2. Assess customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure swift follow‑up. 3. Track and communicate customer comments on price, product, and service to relevant parties. 4. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase sales volume. 5. Collaborate with external sales personnel to align strategies and share information. 6. Maintain proficiency in product offerings and sales systems. 7. Participate in price and condition negotiations when authorized. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales experience. - Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills in French (both written and verbal). - Reliable, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to adapt quickly. - Effective problem‑solving and solution‑finding abilities. - Ability to negotiate and influence within set criteria. - Good organizational and multitasking capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Post‑secondary education in business, sales, or related field preferred (optional). - No specific certifications mandated.
