**Job title**: CFO Associate & Financial Analyst
**Role Summary**: Serve as the CFO’s right‑hand partner overseeing financial and operational control across a high‑growth, multi‑entity professional services group. Deliver accurate monthly closings, robust reporting, and lead post‑acquisition integration to support strategy, performance, and scalability.
**Expectations**:
- 1–3 years in FP&A, management accounting, audit, or consulting.
- Proven experience managing financial processes in complex, multi‑unit environments.
- Comfortable engaging senior leadership as an equal.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute monthly financial closings, prepare and present monthly reviews with business leaders.
- Build budgets/forecasts, identify variances, and recommend actionable measures (pricing, staffing, margins, costs).
- Oversee independent financial management of 5 practice sites, providing multiple recommendations annually.
- Drive reduction of indirect costs by 1 percentage point through financial discipline and cost‑sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to consolidated monthly reporting; ensure data reliability, harmonize analytical practices, and develop finance‑operations dashboards.
- Lead integration of new acquisitions (≥5 deals per year): complete banking, tax, legal, cash, and reporting setups within 2 months, and prepare due diligence.
- Act as business partner to partners: translate data into clear decisions, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic choices.
**Required Skills**:
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and budgeting.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French; English required for cross‑border interactions.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced growth setting.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
