Job Description

**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Responsible for maintaining and evolving internal infrastructure and CI/CD tooling, supporting on‑premise client deployments, and delivering Tier‑3 technical support for international customers. **Expectations:** - Strong autonomy, organization, and availability. - Ability to obtain a security clearance. - Proficient English communication (written and oral). - Motivation to acquire new competencies and contribute innovative ideas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and enhance infrastructure on Proxmox, K3S, GCP, OVH Cloud, and related platforms. - Design, deploy, and administer client on‑premise environments. - Provide Tier‑3 technical support to international clients. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines. - Author operational documentation and procedures. - Contribute to application evolution and deployment via Helm charts. - Propose and implement process and technology improvements. **Required Skills:** - Linux system administration (RHEL, Debian) with networking, security, RAID, and OPEX experience. - Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. - CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket Pipelines, Ansible. - Scripting: Shell, Python. - Networking: OpenVPN, IPsec, iptables, routing. - Database: PostgreSQL. - Strong teamwork, ability to switch between projects, and proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (4‑5 years of study). - Prior experience in a software publisher, IT services firm, or hosting provider preferred. - Eligibility for security clearance (to be obtained).
