**Job Title:** Full Stack Web Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and e‑commerce solutions for client projects. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create technical documentation, and ensure optimal server performance. Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering interactive web content and provide post‑deployment support onsite.
**Expectations:**
- On‑site work with no remote option.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in full‑stack web development.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong client focus, organized, team‑oriented, and accountable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Consult with clients to define and document website requirements.
- Design website architecture and create mock‑ups/storyboards.
- Write, modify, integrate, and test front‑end and back‑end code.
- Develop and optimize website content using graphics, databases, and animation tools.
- Determine hardware/software needs for optimal server performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications; implement security and quality controls.
- Produce technical reports, manuals, and documentation.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for graphics, content, and interactivity.
- Provide post‑sale client support and incident management.
**Required Skills:**
- Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, Bootstrap, JSON.
- Back‑end: PHP, Python, Java, Node.js (implied), API development, Git.
- Databases: SQL, MS SQL Server.
- Additional: Android basics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), e‑commerce integration, version control, testing, security best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
