Director, VIP + Influencer Marketing (Beauty)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of influencer and VIP marketing strategies across multiple beauty brands. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers while overseeing campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and performance reporting. Manage a high‑performing team and collaborate on influencer events to drive brand awareness, affinity, and growth.
**Expectations**
* 7‑10 years of influencer marketing or talent relations experience, preferably within beauty.
* Established network of beauty influencers, agents, and managers.
* Proven track record of full‑scale campaign development, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Strong negotiation, contracting, briefing, and deliverable tracking skills.
* Leadership experience with ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient in influencer marketing tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics) and Google Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
* Comfortable traveling for events and client activations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategy & Execution** – Design integrated paid and organic influencer/VIP programs; set objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
2. **Relationship Management** – Cultivate long‑term partnerships with creators, agents, and managers; negotiate terms and contracts.
3. **Campaign Oversight** – Lead end‑to‑end campaign workflows: briefing, content approval, performance tracking, and reporting.
4. **Client Partnership** – Provide strategic guidance, data‑backed insights, and creative recommendations to strengthen brand and agency results.
5. **Team Leadership** – Mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing influencer and experiential team; foster collaboration and accountability.
6. **Trend Monitoring** – Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, creator behaviors, and industry trends to keep strategies cutting‑edge.
7. **Event Collaboration** – Plan and execute influencer events, handle logistics, guest management, and post‑event ROI analysis.
