Job Description
**Job Title:** Technical Support Analyst – Trainee **Role Summary:** Entry‑level technical support position for recent graduates or equivalent candidates. Provides first‑line assistance to customers and suppliers, resolves issues, supports operations, and participates in testing and reporting while receiving structured training and potential hybrid work after the onboarding period. **Expactations:** - Deliver prompt, accurate support to customers via phone, email, and in‑person. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Manage and track support tickets through to resolution. - Contribute to project feedback and testing activities. - Continuously develop technical knowledge through training. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and update the status of support issues with customers and suppliers. - Resolve queries immediately or coordinate escalation to achieve resolution. - Communicate solutions clearly across multiple channels. - Produce regular reports for customers and internal teams. - Assist the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day support tasks. - Collect, collate, and analyse customer feedback for project improvement. - Participate in testing activities and coordinate test plans. - Complete required training to maintain high competency levels. **Required Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Proactive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated attitude. - Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of education). - No specific certifications required; willingness to obtain relevant technical certifications during training is advantageous.
