**Job Title:** Business Development Representative (BDR) **Role Summary:** Drive B2B pipeline growth for a developer‑tool SaaS platform. Handle inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting across EMEA, partnering with Account Executives to increase conversion rates and improve handoff quality. Own the data‑driven lifecycle of outreach strategies using modern GTM automation tools. **Expectations:** • 2‑4 years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS, preferably developer tools. • Consistent track record of generating qualified opportunities, not just meetings. • Fluent in English with strong written communication skills. • Curiosity for technology, comfortable testing, integrating, and automating sales tech. **Key Responsibilities:** - Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. - Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels at scale. - Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and craft personalized messaging. - Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize conversion and handoff processes. - Build, test, and refine outreach sequences, automations, and GTM data pipelines. - Maintain and improve data infrastructure across the pipeline using HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B SaaS BDR/SDR pipeline creation (qualified deals, not just demos). - Experience with outbound prospecting tools and automation (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist). - Ability to develop and manage data flows and workflow automations across GTM tech stack. - Strong written communication in English; ability to produce concise, persuasive messaging. - Strong technical aptitude; comfortable learning new software, testing integrations, and troubleshooting. - Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and ability to work cross‑regionally. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. ---
