Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Account Executive **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales of a real‑time data streaming and messaging platform across EMEA. Act as a technical trusted advisor to architects and engineers, driving new pipeline, closing complex multi‑stakeholder deals, and expanding existing customer relationships. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets in the EMEA region. - Manage complex sales cycles from technical discovery through procurement and final close. - Deliver measurable account expansion and recurring revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Own inbound and outbound enterprise opportunities across EMEA. - Conduct deep technical discovery with architects, developers, and platform teams. - Navigate enterprise processes including security, legal, procurement, and vendor onboarding. - Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts and secure final approval. - Identify and capture upsell/cross‑sell opportunities in existing accounts. - Collaborate with product, solutions, and engineering teams to tailor solutions. - Build and maintain a repeatable, scalable sales motion for the region. **Required Skills** - Proven experience selling infrastructure‑level SaaS/Data‑Streaming or IoT platforms. - Strong consultative, architecture‑led selling skills. - Ability to manage long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. - Experience with enterprise procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations. - Success in expanding accounts after initial close. - Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and lean sales teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. - Relevant sales or technical certifications (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
