Job title: Director, Corporate Strategy
Role Summary:
Lead the development, execution, and measurement of Cheil Canada’s corporate and business‑unit strategy. Partner with executive leadership and functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and maintain a competitive market position. Provide data‑driven insights, shape strategic narratives, and champion strategic discipline across accounts and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own enterprise‑wide strategic planning, portfolio analysis, and scenario modeling for the agency and major client accounts.
- Translate consumer, cultural, and market insights into strategic frameworks, creative briefs, and measurement plans.
- Lead strategy development for pitches, RFP responses, and new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with agency capabilities.
- Build and nurture client relationships, positioning the agency as a strategic growth partner.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and delivery teams to integrate strategy into campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive the use of analytics and data metrics (KPIs, insights, dashboards) to optimize strategy performance.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams on strategic clarity and disciplined execution.
