Job title: Principal Enterprise Analyst – Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator Role Summary: Senior liaison driving enterprise-wide optimization of the Salesforce platform, translating complex business needs across functional domains into scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions, and leading design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Expactations: • Deliver moderate to highly complex Salesforce solutions that align with strategic roadmaps and deliver measurable business value. • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering best practices and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across distributed teams.
