**Job Title**: ABAP Consultant (Fiori, UI5) **Role Summary** Lead design, development, and enhancement of SAP applications using ABAP, UI5, and Fiori within an S/4HANA environment. Job Description

**Job Title:** SAP Business Analyst (Fiori, UX) **Role Summary:** Independent, 12‑month freelance engagement, fully remote (CET hours). The analyst will drive SAP Fiori initiatives and UX improvements across a multi‑nation organization, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure scalable, user‑centric solutions aligned with SAP’s design system. **Expectations:** - Deliver UX‑centric requirements and user stories for new or enhanced Fiori applications. - Champion SAP’s design system and best practices, ensuring consistent look‑and‑feel across all Fiori experiences. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, architecture, development, testing) to align business goals with technical deliverables. - Provide expert advice on industrialising UX processes, including reusable templates, component libraries, and design guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct business process analysis and translate findings into functional specifications for Fiori enhancements. - Facilitate workshops and sprint planning sessions to capture stakeholder needs and validate solutions. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes demonstrating user flows and interaction design. - Review and approve UI/UX designs against SAP design system standards and accessibility requirements. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for iterative improvements. - Mentor and coach internal teams on UX best practices and Fiori competencies. - Produce concise documentation (requirements, test cases, release notes) for project stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong UX/UI background. - Deep knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, capabilities, and SAP’s design system. - Demonstrated success in SAP Fiori/UX transformation projects, including end‑to‑end delivery. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Self‑motivated, capable of working independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field. - SAP Fiori or relevant SAP UX certification (preferred). - UX/UI design certificates (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation) are advantageous.
