**Job Title**: Senior IT Support Analyst **Role Summary**: Lead IT support and service management, ensuring efficient delivery of technical solutions while managing a support team to maintain high service standards. **Expectations**: - Oversee end-user and infrastructure support across locations. - Drive team performance, resolve complex IT issues, and implement best practices for service continuity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Line manage IT Service Desk team, distribute workloads, and monitor performance metrics. - Resolve ITSM requests, document accurately, and communicate progress to end users. - Troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and Wi-Fi environments. - Lead end-user technical support, including device deployment, software configuration, and peripheral maintenance. - Prioritize and resolve incidents, ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies. - Support infrastructure upgrades and multi-site operations, including emergency on-site responses. **Required Skills**: - Proven leadership in IT service management and team supervision. - Advanced troubleshooting for enterprise software, web applications, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Mac OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy, and SharePoint. - Network configuration and maintenance of network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls). - Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, or IT service management (optional).
