Our material handling and process engineering solutions are provided to leading players in the chemical and food industries all over the world. We design, supply, build and maintain processing systems for high quality powder, pellets and liquids. J-Tec delivers complete turnkey and greenfield plants as well as single process lines, with a focus on the following niche markets: Infant Nutrition, Snacks & Baked Food, Food Ingredients, PVC Processing and Plastic Compounding.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Contract Procurement Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end procurement function, negotiating commercial and technical contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective, quality‑aligned sourcing to support engineering and production operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑value contracts within agreed timelines and budgets. - Maintain rigorous supplier performance standards and continuous improvement. - Act as a trusted liaison between procurement, engineering, and business units. - Operate independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast‑growing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Negotiate, draft, and finalize commercial and technical contracts, including terms, conditions, and scope of work, without requiring legal intervention. 2. Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for materials, services, and technical solutions supporting engineering projects. 3. Evaluate and monitor suppliers, maintain framework agreements, and drive supplier performance improvements. 4. Control procurement costs while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project schedules. 5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives. **Required Skills:** - Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise. - Strong commercial acumen and cost‑control capabilities. - Supplier relationship management and performance monitoring. - Technical procurement knowledge, preferably in industrial or process‑engineering contexts. - Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. - Self‑direction, prioritization, and adaptability in a dynamic setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 6 years of progressive procurement or contract management experience, with proven success in technical or industrial procurement.
