Job Description: **Job Title:** Data Expert / Data Architect **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and administration of data solutions to ensure efficient data collection, storage, modeling, and quality across the organization. Drive data governance compliance (GDPR, French data protection laws) and support cross‑functional data projects in partnership with business units. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end data pipelines and architecture aligned with business needs. - Uphold data quality, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. - Mentor and train staff on data standards and best practices. - Collaborate effectively with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement processes for data acquisition, organization, storage, and modeling. - Establish and monitor data quality controls; ensure data is readily exploitable. - Define and enforce data governance policies consistent with GDPR and related regulations. - Manage and coordinate transversal data projects, conducting studies and delivering solutions in partnership with business units. - Provide documentation, training, and technical guidance to internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL) and data warehousing concepts. - Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). - Experience in data science programming (Python) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts (plus). - In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CNIL). - Excellent communication, teamwork, and training abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in data management, cloud platforms, or data security are advantageous but not mandatory.
