Job Title: University Recruiter – Software Engineering (Contract) Role Summary: Build and scale a university recruitment engine to source, evaluate, and hire early‑career software engineering talent. Own the full recruiting lifecycle for interns, new grads, and entry‑level engineers, representing the company in campus events and partnering with engineering hiring managers to forecast and execute hiring plans. Required Skills: * 2–3 years of university recruiting experience, preferably for software engineering roles. * Proven experience recruiting early‑career or technical talent and servicing campus recruiting programs. * Demonstrated ability to plan and execute recruiting events, including logistics and post‑event analytics. * Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools; data‑driven mindset to analyze metrics such as pass‑through rates and funnel health. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company authentically in high‑volume environments. * Proactive, execution‑oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a rapidly growth‑oriented context.
