Vice President, Post Sales
**Role Summary**
Lead and transform the post‑sales organization to become a scalable revenue engine while driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion. Build, coach, and grow a multi‑disciplinary team (Customer Success, Training, Solutions, Compliance, Law Enforcement Relations) and align post‑sales initiatives with overall business growth goals.
**Expectations**
- Design a repeatable, scalable post‑sales strategy that supports hundreds of millions in ARR.
- Monetize support, training, and professional services through tiered packages and premium offerings.
- Integrate post‑sales value creation into the go‑to‑market plan.
- Deliver measurable impact on time‑to‑value, adoption, and customer lifetime value.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and coach leaders for Customer Success, TRM Academy, Law Enforcement Relations, Solutions Architecture, and Compliance.
- Create and execute premium service tiers, pricing, and monetization models across training, support, and professional services.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end onboarding, adoption, realization, retention, referral, and expansion workflows.
- Lead change management initiatives to roll out new processes rapidly and at scale.
- Establish data‑driven performance metrics and dashboards for team and customer success.
- Develop clear career pathways and growth opportunities for all post‑sales functions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across a remote‑first organization.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of post‑sales leadership in enterprise SaaS or fintech, with proven ability to grow ARR from tens to hundreds of millions.
- Experience scaling customer bases from hundreds to thousands and monetizing post‑sales functions.
- Strong change‑management execution at scale.
- Proven track record leading multiple post‑sales functions (CS, training, solutions, compliance).
- Analytical, strategic thinker with ability to design data‑driven systems and metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in Customer Success Management (CSM), Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or Six Sigma preferred.
