Job Description
**Job Title:** Shopper Marketing Controller (12m FTC) **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver Perfect Store initiatives across the Off‑Trade customer base, ensuring the brand achieves top visibility and sales acceleration. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to secure optimal placement and equipment for chilled/ambient displays while managing a direct report team. **Expectations:** - Drive brand presence to #1 position in-store across grocery and convenience channels. - Increase sales and market share through improved shelf visibility and availability. - Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, challenging status‑quo and exploring innovative shopper insights. - Deliver measurable results within a 12‑month contract, maintaining high standards of commercial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Perfect Store plans for Off‑Trade accounts. - Analyse shopper data and industry insights to identify placement opportunities. - Coordinate with Off‑Trade Sales to capture opportunities and with Operations for equipment provision. - Manage and develop a direct report, setting clear objectives and performance metrics. - Report on performance against KPI, providing actionable recommendations to senior management. - Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all in‑store displays. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sourcing, and Retail partners. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of shopper marketing and retail placement strategies. - Commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales growth. - Experience managing a small team and setting performance expectations. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication across diverse groups. - Analytical skills to interpret shopper data and translate findings into actionable plans. - Creative problem‑solving, adaptability and willingness to challenge norms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field. - Professional certifications in Shopper Marketing, Retail Analytics, or Supply Chain (preferred).

**Job Title:** Marketing Assistant **Role Summary:** Support the marketing team in executing brand plans, product launches, and retail campaigns for a fast‑growing UK food manufacturer.
