The program combines an intensive training week with ongoing exposure to daily operations and engagement with senior staff to deepen understanding of financial markets and corporate functions. **Expectations** - Complete all training modules and contribute to business projects. - Demonstrate proactive collaboration across teams. - Produce clear, detail‑accurate deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint. - Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality. **Key Responsibilities** - Attend and participate in the intensive training week. - Shadow and support staff in various business functions. - Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for team meetings. - Conduct research and analysis on financial market trends. - Assist in project execution and data management tasks. - Engage with senior leaders during scheduled sessions. **Required Skills** - Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail. - Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently. - Superior organizational and time‑management skills. - Capacity to multitask and adapt in a dynamic setting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Passion and demonstrated interest in financial markets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. - Expected graduation between May 2026 and August 2027. - Finance degree not required; must show interest in financial markets. - UK settlement status only (no visa sponsorship).
