Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and integrations to support homeland security initiatives. Deliver secure ITSM solutions compliant with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. Expectations: Active Top Secret/DHS clearance required; 3+ years ServiceNow development; CAD certification. Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Configure ITSM/ITOM/HR modules; build workflows, dashboards, and integrations. Automate processes using Flow Designer and APIs; optimize performance. Implement REST/SOAP, MID Server integrations. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot systems, and manage CI/CD workflows. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Required Skills: JavaScript (Glide API, Business Rules); REST/SOAP integration; Agile project delivery; cloud platform proficiency. Familiarity with SOx controls; experience with automation workflows and data quality optimization. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree (CS/IS/Engineering/related) or 3+ years equivalent experience. Requires 3+ years active ServiceNow development experience. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification mandatory.
