Job Description
**Job Title** Cybersecurity Technician (M/F) **Role Summary** Responsible for protecting the organization’s information systems by detecting, responding to, and preventing security incidents. Implements security controls, manages patching, conducts vulnerability assessments, and supports the deployment of advanced security solutions. **Expectations** - Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. - Operate within the group’s cybersecurity policy and global standards. - Continuously improve security posture through monitoring, testing, and incident management. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate IDS/IPS and analyze system logs and security alerts. - Apply security patches, update antivirus and firewall rules, and propose workstation hardening plans. - Conduct vulnerability tests on internal applications and participate in internal and external security audits. - Analyze, contain, remediate, and document incidents; produce post‑mortem reports. - Lead user awareness campaigns, train staff, and disseminate security documentation. - Plan and execute projects for new security features (e.g., SASE, SIEM, xDR, Wallix). - Oversee performance of outsourced security services (SOC, CATO, WithSecure, Sekoia). - Produce cybersecurity maturity reports for senior management. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with IDS/IPS, antivirus, firewall, and related security tools. - Experience with patch management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response. - Strong analytical, reactive, and adaptive problem‑solving abilities. - Good communication skills for documentation and training. - Familiarity with SASE, SIEM, xDR, and related enterprise security platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum BAC+2/3 in cybersecurity or related field. - Prior experience in a similar cybersecurity role. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH) are desirable.
