**Job Title**
CRM Training and Governance Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of CRM strategies and bid‑management processes across DP World Europe’s logistics business units. Enable commercial teams to leverage customer data for data‑driven growth, ensure accurate and actionable reporting, and maintain high data integrity in the CRM system.
**Expectations**
• Drive end‑to‑end bid management, ensuring quality submissions and timely approvals across contract logistics, road freight, and freight forwarding.
• Partner with regional stakeholders and the global Head Office to align CRM enhancements with business strategy.
• Deliver continuous improvement in CRM processes, data quality, and reporting to support commercial decision‑making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent Europe in CRM strategy discussions, translating regional business needs into system developments.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to co‑create bid‑management workflows that align with commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with IT teams to define, deliver, and adopt CRM enhancements, managing project timelines and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the full bid‑process cycle, facilitating Go/No‑Go reviews and ensuring alignment of commercial, operational, and financial inputs.
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM environment; support data gathering, quality reviews, and reporting initiatives.
- Develop and refine CRM‑based dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, performance metrics, and renewal pipelines.
- Translate CRM insights into actionable intelligence for business growth and operational excellence.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation, with a focus on contract logistics or road transport.
- Proven project and change management expertise, including resource, timeline, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strategic and operational leadership of a CRM system: workflow design, data governance, reporting, and access management.
- Strong analytical skills: able to turn data into actionable insights and align CRM capabilities with business goals.
- Digital fluency: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital data platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills; fluent in English (additional European languages advantageous).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in CRM, project management (PMP, Prince2), or data analytics are advantageous.
