Serve as the single point of contact for payroll queries, support HRIS and reward initiatives, and drive continuous improvement of payroll operations. **Expectations**: - Deliver accurate, timely payroll for local and expanding international workforce. - Maintain strict adherence to statutory and contractual obligations. - Act as a payroll advisor and partner with HR on compensation and benefits. - Identify and implement process efficiencies. **Key Responsibilities**: 1.
