**Job Title:** Information Technology Operations Specialist **Role Summary** Design, implement, and maintain industrial network architectures and IT/OT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security, performance, and operational standards. **Expectations** - Expertise in network architecture, industrial automation systems, and IT/OT integration. - Proficiency in security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust) and adherence to data protection policies. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and document processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, troubleshoot, and optimize network architectures with a focus on industrial environments. - Apply core networking concepts (VLANs, firewalls, ACLs) for secure, compliant configurations. - Integrate industrial automation and control systems (IACS) while managing performance metrics (QoS, latency). - Specify OT-enterprise system integration requirements, including data aggregation and network configurations. - Support cybersecurity initiatives via security requirement definition and collaboration with security teams. - Maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, data flows, firewall rules) and follow SOPs for risk mitigation. - Communicate effectively with IT, OT, automation, and vendor teams to align technical solutions with business needs. **Required Skills** - Network architecture, design, and troubleshooting. - ISA-95/Purdue Model expertise; industrial network segmentation. - Proficiency in VLANs, firewalls, ACLs, and network protocols. - Foundational knowledge of industrial systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA) and IT infrastructure. - Security principles (Zero Trust, data protection policies). - Technical documentation and collaboration across technical teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications in network design/management (e.g., CCNA, network security) preferred but not required.
