**Job Title:** Lead Cybersecurity IAM Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Drive the design, implementation, and ongoing management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. Lead project initiatives, author documentation, and provide operational support for incidents, change controls, and 24/7 on‑call duties. Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall security posture.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver IAM projects on schedule and within scope.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain high‑availability IAM services and respond to incidents during on‑call rotation.
- Excel in documentation, secure configuration, and policy development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead or support IAM implementation projects, ensuring they meet security and business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM systems, procedures, and secure configuration management.
- Develop, establish, and enforce IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide operational support for incident tickets, break‑fix requests, and change controls.
- Train, review, and mentor other analysts on IAM policies and procedures.
- Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for client support.
- Communicate findings and recommendations through verbal, written, and visual formats.
**Required Skills:**
- In‑depth knowledge of IAM technologies: Active Directory (GPO, ADFS), Azure AD Federation, Azure AD Sync, Azure AD Conditional Access, SSPR, PowerShell/Graph.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012–2022 and Privileged Account Management (PAM).
- Ability to assess security controls using frameworks such as CIS CSC, CMMC, NIST SP 800‑53, NIST CSF.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, or related field **OR** high school/GED with at least 12 years of related experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IAM or related cybersecurity roles.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent.
