**Job title** Data Quality Specialist – Salesforce **Role Summary** Maintain, verify, and enrich customer and prospect data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for the sales team. Deliver high‑quality data that directly impacts sales effectiveness, reporting precision, and overall business performance. **Expectations** * Deliver clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce. * Support sales and business intelligence teams with reliable lead lists and customer insights. * Continuously improve data processes and Salesforce data quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Verify, validate, and update client and contact records in Salesforce on a regular basis. * Cleanse data: remove duplicates, correct errors, fill missing fields, and de‑precate obsolete entries. * Validate the existence of customers and the accuracy of their addresses. * Create new leads and accounts following company guidelines. * Research and add new prospect information, ensuring profiles are complete and accurate. * Gather internal and external data to update the CRM and maintain information integrity. * Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Marketing teams to streamline data flows and resolve data issues. * Contribute to Salesforce process enhancements and data quality initiatives. **Required Skills** * Data administration and quality assurance experience. * Proficiency with Salesforce data maintenance and lead creation. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (data filtering, formulas, pivot tables). * Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical mindset. * Effective communication – able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams. * Basic English proficiency. * Experience researching external data sources (companies, industry, contacts). **Required Education & Certifications** * Diploma, training, or equivalent experience in data administration, database management, or a related field. * Salesforce experience is advantageous; Salesforce Administrator certification an asset but not mandatory. ---

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, document, and automate sales processes, integrate technology solutions (CRM, AI tools), and optimize territory & lead management.
