**Job Title**
Sales Operations Manager – France (F/H/X)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end sales operations to drive efficiency, data quality, and revenue growth for a French market. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, document, and automate sales processes, integrate technology solutions (CRM, AI tools), and optimize territory & lead management. Enable the sales organization through training, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in sales cycle time, lead conversion, and data cleanliness.
- Maintain strong collaboration with marketing, finance, and central operations.
- Foster AI adoption and technology championing across the sales function.
- Mentor and support sales staff in best practices and tool usage.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Process & Efficiency** – Own sales process lifecycle: lead intake, territory allocation, portfolio management, reporting, and knowledge documentation.
2. **Technology & Innovation** – Partner with the central operations excellence team to implement and optimize Salesforce, sales enablement tools, and AI solutions that enhance productivity and data quality.
3. **Strategy & Growth** – Design and launch commercial campaigns; align sales operations with company revenue and churn‑prevention goals; manage local supplier relationships.
4. **Performance Management** – Analyze sales data to surface trends, set objectives, build incentive plans, and evaluate team performance.
5. **Data Integrity** – Ensure CRM accuracy, enforce data entry standards, and drive high data quality through process and product adoption.
6. **Training & Support** – Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on tools, processes, and best practices for the sales team.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years commercial operations experience, 2+ in a leadership/management role.
- Proven SaaS (preferably inside‑sales) background; experience in boutique SaaS firms is a plus.
- Expert proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
- Track record of technology implementation and AI use for sales productivity.
- Strong analytical capabilities in interpreting complex data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and team‑building skills.
- Bilingual in French (native) and English (professional).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant) and/or experience with data‑analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) are advantageous.
- Prior consulting experience or strategy background (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG level‑1) is considered a benefit.
