Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Sourcer
**Role Summary**
Lead sourcing initiatives for high‑volume and strategic hiring across multiple locations. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to develop data‑driven sourcing strategies, expand diverse talent pipelines, and accelerate quality hires.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of sourced talent experience in agency or in‑house setting.
- Proven track record of developing successful sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
- Expertise in candidate research, market intelligence, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to assess resumes, engage passive candidates, and convert them into qualified prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Market Intelligence**: Analyze national, niche, and local job boards; evaluate channel effectiveness by function, level, and market; maintain recommended channel landscape.
- **Channel Strategy & Partnerships**: Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, workforce networks, universities, affinity groups, and alternative hiring channels. Identify and activate new sourcing ecosystems to reach under‑represented and passive talent.
- **Pipeline Design & Process Optimization**: Develop batch sourcing, screening, and engagement workflows for high‑volume and multi‑location hiring. Conduct initial screens, assess qualifications, and maintain warm talent communities through nurture campaigns and re‑engagement workflows.
- **Data Insight & Recommendations**: Translate sourcing metrics into actionable insights; advise hiring teams on where to invest time, effort, and budget. Evaluate funnel health and recommend improvements.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, refine pipelines, and accelerate hiring decisions.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xray, social media, niche boards).
- Market analysis and channel performance evaluation.
- Stakeholder partnership and communication.
- Resume screening and talent assessment.
- Passive candidate engagement and conversion.
- Pipeline building (batch sourcing, workflow optimization, nurturing).
- Data interpretation and recommendation writing.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Professional recruiting or talent acquisition certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) preferred but not mandatory.
