**Job Title:** Digital Transformation Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Drive and support the modernization of business operations by bridging business needs with technology solutions. Lead process analysis, design, and implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable process improvements and automation ROI.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles from requirement gathering to rollout.
- Foster stakeholder collaboration and ensure user adoption of new tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and propose continuous innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to gather requirements.
- Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future‑state workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and lead implementation using:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBA) for integration and automation
- AI/ML models and Azure AI services.
- Integrate systems via APIs and cloud services (Azure, SaaS).
- Provide change‑management support: training, documentation, and user adoption.
- Monitor solution performance, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven project management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in process modeling/documentation (Visio, BPM tools).
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and RPA solutions.
- Scripting/programming competence (Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBA).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools (Azure AI, OpenAI, TensorFlow).
- Data visualization expertise (Power BI).
- Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or IT consulting.
- Preferred certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- RPA tool certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications (Azure).
