Job title: Supply Chain Analyst Role Summary: Provide data-driven insights and analysis to drive inventory optimization, demand planning, and cost control within a hybrid manufacturing and distribution environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Expectations: • Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance inventory flow, service levels, and supply chain efficiency. • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at operational and leadership levels. • Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and identify cost‑saving opportunities across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze inventory, demand, purchasing, and lead‑time data to support informed decisions. • Build, maintain, and present dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance. • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams on demand planning and forecasting. • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction throughout the supply chain. • Conduct ERP data analysis (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) and contribute to continuous improvement projects. • Prepare concise insights and recommendations for operational and leadership teams.
