Human Resources Specialist
**Role Summary**
The Human Resources Specialist manages end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, employee relations, record‑keeping, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with HR Business Partners, the specialist serves as the first HR contact, supports policy development, and maintains HR systems and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities; manage induction schedules, task tracking, and IT/set‑up logistics.
- Perform background checks, manage exit interviews, and ensure compliance for both new hires and departures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR Business Partners.
- Support performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Identify and recommend relevant training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, organizational charts, and HR system reconciliations.
- Manage content on the company intranet and draft communications for organizational announcements.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Execute ad‑hoc HR projects and additional duties as assigned.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or startup setting.
- HR certification strongly preferred (e.g., aPHR, SHRM-CP).
