Job Description

**Job Title:** Site Reliability Engineer - Security Engineer **Role Summary:** Oversee infrastructure security, automate security processes, and ensure system resilience within SRE operations. Collaborate across engineering teams to integrate security best practices into scalable and compliant platforms. **Expactations:** - 5+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure management, or security engineering. - Strong Linux/Unix production environment expertise. - Deep knowledge of security frameworks (OWASP, CIS, NIST). **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure. - Implement security best practices for systems, networks, and applications. - Conduct security assessments, audits, and threat modeling. - Develop security automation for infrastructure workflows (monitoring, compliance, incident response). - Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance initiatives. - Drive real-time monitoring, threat detection, and security incident response/forensics. - Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into operations and architecture. **Required Skills:** - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef). - Monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog). - Scripting (Python, Go, Bash). - Incident response/forensic analysis. - Version control tools (Git). - Networking concepts and security controls. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, KLCP) preferred. - Familiarity with Telco environments advantageous.
