Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications for life‑sciences R&D organizations, integrating the platform with ERP, LIMS, HRIS, MES, and other regulated systems while ensuring GxP compliance and leveraging low‑code, AI‑driven development tools. Expectations: Deliver secure, scalable, compliant solutions; lead cross‑functional integration projects; prototype and deploy AI‑enabled development approaches; act as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions for life‑sciences clients. • Lead integrations between Salesforce and critical R&D systems (ERP, LIMS, HRIS, MES). • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Quality, and Regulatory teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. • Explore and prototype AI‑enabled development approaches, including low‑code platforms, intelligent agents, and automation frameworks. • Ensure all solutions adhere to GxP and regulatory compliance standards. • Act as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and roadmap alignment with emerging AI technologies. Required Skills: • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce API integration. • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, LIMS, HRIS, MES, or equivalent enterprise platforms. • Strong understanding of data integrity, compliance, and regulated life‑sciences requirements. • Curiosity and hands‑on interest in AI‑driven development (agent frameworks, AI copilots, low/no‑code tools). • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification preferred.
