**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze customer data to drive business insights, improve user experiences, and inform strategic decisions through data science methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Expectations:** - 8–10 years of data/business analysis experience - Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Master’s preferred) - Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data analysis tools (Tableau/Power BI) **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze clickstream/transactional data to uncover customer journey insights. - Design and validate strategies through A/B testing and statistical modeling. - Partner with product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams to align analytics with business goals. - Develop data visualizations and narratives for stakeholders to drive action. - Apply statistical/data mining techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention. **Required Skills:** - Advanced SQL for data manipulation - Big data platform experience (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) - Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis - Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard design skills - Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, economics) - Master’s degree preferred (not mandatory) - Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau, AWS, Cloudera) beneficial but not required
