Our services provide Limited English Proficient speakers access to basic life services (hospital, legal, education, etc.) through our clients. Job Description

Job Title: Information Security Intern Role Summary: An entry‑level role supporting the Information Security department. The intern conducts risk mitigation tasks, reviews user access, analyzes security logs, and evaluates security tools and vendors, while collaborating across teams and upholding confidentiality. Expectations: - Work 8‑week internship, full‑time. - Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism. - Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. - Proactively learn and apply cybersecurity concepts. - Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and contribute to team projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze logs from firewalls, proxy, IDS/IPS, endpoints, applications, email, and systems to detect threats. - Interpret and act on findings from SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, and other security technologies. - Conduct user access reviews and vulnerability assessments. - Research and recommend security technologies and vendors. - Monitor security tools and report findings in vulnerability reports. - Collaborate with Security Team to identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents. - Educate staff on best practices and cybersecurity awareness. - Maintain documentation and confidentiality of security information. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to analyze security logs and interpret SIEM data. - Basic knowledge of firewall, endpoint, and network security tools. - Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or related field. - Minimum 3.0 GPA (strongly preferred). - Legal authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship. - Active participation in campus, community, or volunteer activities (preferred).

Job Title: Software Development Engineer I Role Summary: Develop, test, and ship new features for web and mobile applications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in an Agile environment. Expactations: Deliver code that meets product specifications, actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, review and improve documentation, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to continuous learning and customer success. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and front‑end components using TypeScript, Angular, ExpressJs, Node.js, C#, and .NET Core. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, breaking down tasks into incremental, deliverable units. • Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards before testing or production deployment. • Create and update architectural, state, process, and sequence diagrams as part of product documentation. • Adjust priorities and promptly respond to evolving internal and external customer needs.
