Job title: Product & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing for subscription features, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data‑driven campaigns and product‑market fit refinement.
Expectations:
– Deliver measurable lift in subscription sign‑ups, churn reduction, and lifetime value.
– Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to align messaging and feature adoption.
– Demonstrate expertise in multi‑channel automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **GTM Execution** – Lead launch of new subscription products, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across app, website, and ad channels.
2. **Competitive & User Insight** – Conduct ongoing market intelligence and user research; translate insights into product requirements and marketing hooks.
3. **Messaging & Positioning** – Maintain “Source of Truth” messaging for distribution tiers; craft clear, artist‑centric copy for in‑app, push, email, and external assets.
4. **Feature Adoption** – Track usage data, identify under‑utilized features, and design cross‑channel discovery campaigns to boost engagement and minimize churn.
5. **Lifecycle Optimization** – Build and optimize signup abandonment flows, checkout friction points, and win‑back sequences.
6. **Braze & Automation** – Create sophisticated Canvas journeys, employ Liquid for deep personalization, define audience segments, and manage end‑to‑end campaign execution.
7. **A/B & Experimentation** – Run a rigorous testing roadmap across in‑app modals, push notifications, and email to improve key metrics.
8. **Data Reporting** – Partner with data science to monitor and report on campaign impact on growth and LTV.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in lifecycle, product or growth marketing, preferably in subscription‑based mobile apps.
- Expert in Braze (or equivalent automation platform such as Marketo, Klayvio).
- Proficient with analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling for complex technical features.
- Data‑driven mindset with skills in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort reporting.
- Collaborative, cross‑functional communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Marketing automation or analytics certifications (e.g., Braze Certified, Google Ads, Tableau) preferred.
