Job Title: AI Developer – Remote
Role Summary:
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, building models across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Engineer end‑to‑end pipelines, from data ingestion to production‑grade deployment, leveraging MLOps practices on cloud platforms.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable AI models that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate domain problems into ML solutions.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and reproducibility of experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and train neural architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Acquire, clean, preprocess, and engineer features from relational and big‑data sources.
- Build data pipelines using Spark, SQL/NoSQL, and OpenSearch.
- Deploy models as APIs or batch jobs on AWS, GCP, or Azure with CI/CD and MLOps tooling.
- Monitor model performance and troubleshoot drift or latency issues.
- Stay current with advances in ML, NLP, and cloud AI services.
Required Skills:
- Expert Python programming; knowledge of R, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and neural network theory.
- Proficient with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit‑learn, NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face.
- Experience in data engineering: SQL, NoSQL, Spark, OpenSearch.
- Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- NLP expertise with transformers and related libraries.
- Cloud computing experience and MLOps principles (model registry, versioning, monitoring).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certification, GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Azure AI Engineer Associate) or MLOps tools considered a plus.
