Job Description
Job Title: Chief Technology Officer / Project Manager / Product Head Role Summary: Strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing the technical vision, managing end‑to‑end project delivery, and driving product strategy from concept through launch. Expectations: - Deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with business goals. - Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering, design, and product teams. - Ensure on‑time, within‑scope project delivery and data‑driven product improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Technical Leadership** – Define technical strategy and architecture; oversee infrastructure, security, and scalability; evaluate and adopt new technologies. 2. **Project Management** – Plan, schedule, and resource projects; coordinate engineering, design, and stakeholders; identify risks and implement mitigation. 3. **Product Ownership** – Own product roadmap and lifecycle; translate business requirements into specifications; prioritize features with stakeholders; monitor performance and iterate. 4. **Team Development** – Mentor engineering talent; foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Required Skills: - Proven senior technical leadership (CTO, Technical Lead, etc.). - Strong software development and system architecture expertise. - Experience managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or similar product development methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making abilities. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern development stacks. - Background in SaaS, web, or mobile product development. - Experience scaling technology teams in startup environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Preferred certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
