**Job title** Data Analytics Intern (Spring 2026, Full‑time Hours) **Role Summary** Provide analytical and technical support to the Finance Transformation team, focusing on data governance, system migration, and AI use‑case development for the global finance organization. Engage in cross‑functional projects, data extraction/ETL, reporting, and predictive modeling to drive process improvement. **Expectations** - Must be a current undergraduate student in an IT-, data‑analytics‑ or information‑systems‑related program. - Internship term will end before candidate’s graduation; cannot enroll in a program that concludes earlier. - Hybrid work model: office in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday‑Thursday, remote Monday & Friday (or remote only for internships, as required). - Willingness to learn emerging finance technologies and work collaboratively. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in migrating global finance systems to US‑based platforms. - Map systems and data flows; analyze large datasets, identify trends, and produce insights. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on analytics initiatives. - Execute data extraction, transformation, and visualization; support predictive modeling and performance measurement. - Conduct business analysis of financial workflows and contribute to project planning. - Participate in continuous learning on finance technologies and assist across finance transformation projects. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Excel (basic–intermediate). - Working knowledge of SQL. - Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organizational capabilities. - Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and quick learner of new technologies. **Preferred Skills** - Basic experience with Python, Alteryx, AI, or cloud technologies. - Prior internship or exposure to IT/data analytics roles. - Passion for staying current with data‑science and machine‑learning advances. **Required Education & Certifications** - Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related IT field. - No specific certifications required.
