Job Description
**Job Title:** Global IT End-User Support Specialist **Role Summary:** Deliver on-site and remote IT support to end-users, focusing on hardware, software, and EUC services. Collaborate globally to resolve technical issues, optimize user experience, and ensure business continuity. Prioritize VIP support, manage IT assets, and drive process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. **Expectations:** - Resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within SLAs. - Support users directly on-site while coordinating with global IT teams. - Maintain high user satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and timely resolutions. - Adhere to ITSM processes and ensure compliance with health/safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows OS, PCs, mobile devices, and printers. - Manage device deployment, relocations, and lifecycle of IT assets (purchase, audit, disposal). - Collaborate with vendors for hardware maintenance and inspections. - Create/update technical documentation (knowledge base, user guides). - Package and deploy applications via Intune; manage licenses in asset systems. - Implement improvements to streamline workflows and support digital transformation. - Partner with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs. **Required Skills:** - Technical proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365. - Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). - Hardware/software troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Strong communication and user training capabilities. - Multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in dynamic environments. - Team collaboration and customer-centric mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field. - 3+ years in IT End-User Support/Desktop Services. - ITIL3/ITIL4 certification (or 2+ years relevant experience).
