**Job Title** Engineering Manufacturing Apprentice (Level 4) **Role Summary** A 4‑year Level 4 Engineering Technician apprenticeship that combines college study with immersive workplace rotations across engineering, quality, production, and software departments. The role delivers practical experience while building technical and professional skills, culminating in a fully qualified technician ready for senior roles. **Expactations** - Complete Level 4 Engineering Technician apprenticeship, achieving all statutory assessment tasks. - Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety and procedural standards. - Work collaboratively and independently across multiple teams, delivering tasks on agreed timelines. - Maintain professionalism, initiative, and a respectful attitude in a dynamic manufacturing environment. - Progress through structured rotations and perform assigned projects in design, prototype, application, contract, quality, production, operations, software, hardware, and product management functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Attend college courses at The Engineering Trust and apply learning to engineering projects. - Participate in 14‑month inter‑departmental rotations, supporting design, prototype development, and technical documentation. - Contribute to quality control, process improvement, and production line activities, including mechanical and electrical systems. - Assist in software and CAD design work, interpreting data and generating reports. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address real‑world engineering challenges. - Record progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report to the appointed mentor. **Required Skills** - Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge; ability to use CAD and related design tools. - Strong organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. - Effective communication, teamwork, and proactive initiative. - High reliability, honesty, and professional conduct. - Capacity to work unsupervised in a fast‑paced environment; safety‑first mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - GCSE Maths, English, and Physical Science (or equivalent). - Completion of a recognised Level 4 Engineering Technician apprenticeship programme within the apprenticeship period. - Relevant industrial safety certificates (e.g., IGC, PPE, Lifting and Hauling) may be expected.

Job Title: Finance Business Partner Role Summary: Provide financial leadership and partnership to senior managers in a multinational engineering organization, delivering complex analyses, financial modeling, and insights to drive decision‑making, influence strategy, and support business growth.
