Job Description

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for end‑to‑end test activities including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of test cycles. Performs hands‑on test data provisioning and management, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and ensures delivery of high‑quality software solutions within Agile Scrum environments. **Expectations:** - Minimum 7 years of professional QA/testing experience. - Strong customer‑ and business‑focus with excellent communication skills. - Ability to work effectively on large, multi‑stakeholder projects. - Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and energetic work style. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests. - Manage test data creation, provisioning, and maintenance. - Apply test‑driven or behavior‑driven development practices. - Utilize automated testing tools (e.g., SOAPUI, TOSCA, Scriptless Automation). - Track test progress, evaluate exit criteria, and produce test status reports. - Communicate findings and risk assessments to business leadership and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative development cycles. **Required Skills:** - Expertise with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). - Proficient SQL for Oracle databases; ability to write complex queries. - Salesforce platform testing experience. - Scripting/programming ability in relevant languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python). - Hands‑on testing of complex technical applications. - Experience with user‑centered design and usability testing. - Familiarity with automated testing tools: SOAPUI, TOSCA, Scriptless Automation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester, CSQA, or similar QA credentials.
