Job Description
Job Title: Office and Marketing Administrator Role Summary: Support daily office operations and lead marketing efforts for a property portfolio, balancing administrative tasks with content creation and social media management. Expectations: - Maintain efficient office workflows and order of operations. - Deliver timely, high‑quality marketing materials and engaging social media content. - Manage multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and triage calls, emails, and enquiries. - Register applicants and property instructions; handle contracts and compliance documents. - Schedule photography, floorplans, EPCs and coordinate service providers. - Perform due‑diligence checks, AML compliance, and Land Registry verifications. - Keep accurate CRM records for properties and clients. - Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and other admin support. - Build and update property profiles in the CRM, including photo selection and copywriting. - Produce brochures, property particulars, and viewing cards. - Grow and manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts; create reels, carousels, and campaigns. - Analyse engagement metrics and refine marketing strategy. Required Skills: - Previous office administration and/or marketing experience (preferred). - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Social media growth experience with engaging content creation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva or equivalent, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Rush or similar). - Familiarity with Reapit (training provided). - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT. - Professional, approachable, and discreet with confidential information.
