Job Description
**Job Title**: Enterprise Account Executive **Role Summary**: Own end‑to‑end sales of large enterprise deals (average $500k+) for a global AI firm. Drive revenue growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a high‑performance go‑to‑market organization. **Expectations**: Deliver consistent new‑business revenue, manage complex, multi‑stage sales cycles, and achieve quarterly targets. Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and C‑suite stakeholders, and contribute to the UK expansion strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise‑level opportunities (average ASP $500k+). - Lead full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution. - Engage senior executives and C‑suite stakeholders to articulate AI solutions’ value. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go‑to‑market strategies. - Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross‑sell). - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM; provide regular status updates. **Required Skills** - 5–8 years of proven closing experience, with 3+ years in enterprise sales. - Demonstrated success managing complex, long‑duration sales cycles within large organizations. - Strong stakeholder management and influence at senior/Executive level. - Comfortable selling innovative technology, preferably SaaS or AI‑driven solutions. - Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and adaptable to fast‑moving environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
