**Job Title**: Business Development Representative – Salesforce Lead Generation
**Role Summary**:
Drive growth by generating, qualifying, and converting B2B prospects within the Salesforce ecosystem across EMEA. Execute multi‑channel outreach, build and sustain a high‑value pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and Salesforce partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver 100+ qualified leads per month and maintain a pipeline of 200+ prospects worth >£5 M annually.
- Consistently exceed lead‑generation targets and close enterprise deals.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and email/Social selling, targeting Salesforce prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads and marketing‑generated inquiries for sales readiness.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Develop targeted account lists, outreach sequences, and follow‑up cadences.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and secure meeting scheduling.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns, messaging, and lead nurture flows.
- Track and report on lead metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Present Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Platform solutions, including demos and proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for PoC, solution design, and pricing negotiations.
- Stay current on Salesforce product updates, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
- Build relationships at Salesforce events, webinars, and within partner ecosystems.
**Required Skills**:
- 3+ years B2B SaaS lead‑generation, 2+ within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Expertise in Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Strong cold‑calling (50+ calls/day), email marketing (A/B testing), and social selling.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data‑savvy: knowledge of GDPR compliance and CRM hygiene.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and detail‑oriented.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Pardot Specialist.
