Job Description

**Job Title:** Demand & Supply Planning Manager **Role Summary:** Lead integrated demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability and cost efficiency across all sales channels and geographies. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, data‑driven demand signals and supply plans within a fast‑growing, high‑volume environment. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, NPD, Marketing, Operations and suppliers. - Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models, planning processes and key performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain rolling 12‑18 month demand forecasts by SKU, channel and region. - Incorporate inputs from sales, marketing, product launches, promotions and external market signals. - Analyze forecast accuracy, identify variance root causes and refine models. - Map end‑to‑end supply chain, assess lead times, risks and cost opportunities. - Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on long‑term capacity plans and risk visibility. - Balance procurement to optimise COGS while meeting availability targets. - Set, monitor and own demand/supply parameters across planning systems. - Manage inventory levels at 3PLs and other sites, reporting on excess, aged or short‑age stock. - Lead new‑product launch planning, including forecasting, PO placement, OTIF and phase‑out coordination. - Define, track and report KPIs (product availability, forecast accuracy/MAPE, bias, inventory turnover, excess stock, OOS risk). - Produce dashboards, reports and IBP‑related communications for stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in demand/supply planning, preferably FMCG, beauty or personal care. - Proven experience in fast‑paced scale‑up or high‑growth businesses. - Strong analytical ability with proficiency in forecasting/statistical models and data reporting. - Commercial acumen and ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with strategic planning and detailed execution. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field. - Supply Chain or Planning certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, SCPro, Six Sigma) preferred but not mandatory.
