**Job Title** Pricing Study Manager / Site Manager – Landscaping & Infrastructure (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the preparation, costing, and technical study of landscaping, road, lighting, and network projects. Coordinate bids, develop schedules and budgets, ensure high‑quality technical documentation, and support site execution while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships. **Expectations** - Work autonomously and proactively anticipate project needs. - Deliver accurate, competitive offers and continuously improve processes. - Maintain high quality and compliance with public procurement rules. - Foster collaborative relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze technical dossiers and specifications. - Perform quantity take‑offs and contribute to the preparation of quotes and tender offers. - Draft detailed technical memos and specifications. - Develop optimized project schedules and budgets. - Lead and coordinate the tendering process, ensuring timely submission. - Oversee site execution when required, applying knowledge of construction techniques across all activities. - Guarantee the correctness and quality of all offers. - Act as the main liaison with clients, project owners, and subcontractors. - Identify and implement improvement opportunities in estimation and project management. **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in cost estimation for landscaping, network, and civil works. - Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD/CAM software. - Excellent analytical and technical writing abilities. - Leadership, strong organizational skills, and forward‑looking mindset. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Valid Driver’s License (Category B). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in pricing studies for infrastructure/landscaping projects. - Professional driving licence (Category B).
