Build and nurture relationships with senior event organizers, identify opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. Expactations: - Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain and expand key account portfolios, ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewal rates. - Provide actionable insights and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. - Represent the company at industry events and digital channels, strengthening brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate long‑term partnerships with event organizers across all organizational levels. - Conduct needs assessments, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts. - Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans, including pipeline management and opportunity tracking. - Produce regular account progress reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations. - Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking forums; engage with prospects through social media.
