Job Description

Job title: Associate, AI Role Summary: Junior AI Engineer focused on developing, testing, and refining AI tools to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Expectations: - Execute hands‑on coding, debugging, and model training tasks. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Write, test, and debug Python code in a Linux environment. - Assist in training, fine‑tuning, and validating machine‑learning models. - Develop technical specifications for AI solutions. - Integrate AI tools using cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Gather and analyze business requirements from end‑users. - Manage and model structured and unstructured data, including large and streaming datasets. - Maintain documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
